Everything is popping around here –
the buds on the trees,
blossoming flowers,
even the grass
as it seemingly grows greener everyday.
Tonight, I snapped this picture of
some baby leaves that just emerged
on a tree in my back yard.
I love to study the details
of some of the planet’s tiniest gifts,
like the intricate veins
on these just-born beauties.
Looking at the little things
makes you realize how big they really are.
