We took a family trip
to the zoo today
and I was just smitten
with the sweet, expressive
faces of the animals.
This tiger looked so peaceful,
wise and powerful.
A fascinating face
with such incredible markings!
And my heart just melted upon seeing
the pure joy on that piglet’s face
as he snuggled with his siblings
and got milk from his mommy.
