One week from tomorrow,
I’m scheduled to usher
a new little life into the world.
To celebrate the impending birth,
a wonderful group of female friends
recently gathered for a Blessing Circle
and each one brought me a beautiful bead
with a special meaning behind it.
The beads were turned into this
gorgeous birthing necklace,
practically buzzing
with their energy and love,
for me to wear at the hospital.
I am so blessed.
I am so grateful.
