located on a college campus in North Carolina,

of TLC from his dad.

Jack Partain, (age 75) cares for.
It’s not the kind of thing you expect
in a tiny town in the southern part
of North Carolina. He started doing it
when he retired, and he has turned
a drab spot on campus into a
centerpiece that’s the backdrop
for hundreds of wedding and
graduation pix.
Would that everyone could bring
such beauty to the world
after they retire!”
