Is it possible for a bird to make a snow angel?
I’ve looked at this image a dozen times –
an imprint left in the freshly fallen snow
on our front doormat,
with no other footsteps or markings in sight –
and a snowbird angel
remains my only explanation.
Silly me…
of course it’s possible.
