I’m not a good cook,
but I’m a really good eater
(a little too good, I’m afraid).
But there’s a difference
between eating a bag full of chips
and a plate full of natural,
nourishing, locally-grown food.

I went to lunch with my grandma today
and this pasta tasted
just as fresh and fabulous as it looks.
Crisp English peas,
just-picked asparagus,
arugula herb pistou
and shredded chevre on the top.
If it’s true that we are what we eat,
I really like myself today!
