I think everyone has an artist living inside them. Cretating is part of what fuels the human spirit and there are so many ways to add your art to the world: gardening, drawing, cooking, singing, scrapbooking, dancing, writing, teaching, knitting, organizing and the list goes on and on.
Of course, some artisans are so good at what they do that they can make a living doing it. How fabulous! And this is the time each week I get to celebrate one of those “beauty artists” and give away a brilliant piece of art. When I first started What The Wednesday!?, I featured the art of Aimee Dolich, mayor/maven/spirited mama of Artsyville, but hadn’t yet thought of giving the art away (clearly a little slow on the uptake!).
