I am so GRATEFUL to artist Lori Portka for sharing her Grateful Heart art with us!

I discovered Lori a while back at her blog, Happiness Through Art
and was immediately drawn to her bright and happy art!
In fact, Lori says on her web site that her vision is
“to uplift the world through the intrinsic power of art,
bringing love, healing and happiness to those who are open to it.”
As for this sweet and joyful mixed-media painting, Lori says its a reflection of her desire to live with gratitude. On the day she painted this, Lori says, “I was thinking about how much of my life I spend in the comfort of my own home, taking mid-day walks with my dog to Starbucks, planning my own schedule, wearing yoga pants all day. I am so grateful that I am doing work that I love.”
